Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how OmanWall (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use the OmanWall website (omanwall.info) and the OmanWall mobile application for iOS and Android (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge this policy.

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect: account information (such as name, email address, phone number, and sign-in identifiers); contact information you provide when you reach support; listing and property-related information (titles, descriptions, photos, location or category details, and other content you submit); billing and transaction references related to payments for digital platform services (such as payment status, amount, currency, invoice or order reference, and the payment processor used); technical and usage information (device type, app version, log data, and general usage patterns); and messages you send to our support team.
Payment information
When you pay for digital platform services on OmanWall (such as property listings, premium features, advertising services, subscriptions, or other online service fees), payment is processed by third-party payment processors (for example, card acquirers or payment gateways we may use in Oman and internationally). OmanWall does not store your full payment card number, card security code (CVV), or complete card credentials on our servers. We may receive limited billing details needed to confirm a transaction, such as a transaction reference, payment status, amount, currency, and partial card or account identifiers provided by the processor.
How we use information
We use personal information to provide and operate the Services; create and manage accounts; publish, moderate, and display listings; process payments for platform services; provide customer support; send service-related notices; maintain security and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access; improve performance and user experience; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our Terms of Use.
